At El Cuerito Relleno we respect your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect and how we use it when you order Cuban food delivery in Orlando and Central Florida.

Information We Collect

When you place an order or contact us, we collect your name, phone number, email, delivery address and order details. Payments are processed securely through Stripe; we do not store your full card numbers.

How We Use Your Information

We use your information to process and deliver your orders, communicate with you about your order, provide customer service and, with your consent, send you promotions. We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

Sharing With Third Parties

We share data only with providers that help us operate: Stripe (payment processing); Uber (Uber Direct), when an Uber courier makes your delivery: we pass on your name, phone number, delivery address with the gate code, the notes you write on your order (for example, allergies or delivery instructions: the courier reads them at delivery), the list of items in your order and its value, only to deliver it, and the courier or Uber may call or text you about your delivery; WhatsApp (Meta) and email, to keep you posted on your order; mapping and geolocation services to calculate delivery zones; and analytics and advertising tools such as Google Analytics and the Meta pixel to measure our site's performance.

Your Account (Optional)

If you create an account in our app, we verify your phone number with an SMS code (Twilio) and keep your session with Firebase Authentication (Google). For each code you request we keep a record (your number, the date, the channel and technical data about the connection and the app) to check it and prevent abuse. With the account you can see your orders. You can delete it anytime from the app, in your profile, or by asking us by email at jp@elcueritorelleno.com; the code records are deleted along with the account, and your orders are kept as business records. Our site uses cookies and similar technologies to remember your cart, understand how the site is used and improve your experience. You can control cookies through your browser settings.

Data Security & Retention

We take reasonable measures to protect your information and retain it only as long as necessary to fulfill your orders and meet our legal and accounting obligations. The records of the SMS codes used to sign in to the app are kept to prevent abuse and are deleted with your account.

You may request access to or correction of your personal information, or opt out of marketing communications, at any time by contacting us at the details below.
